Coach Stefano Lavarini has confirmed the roster for the 2022 FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Championship, hosted by Poland and the Netherlands.
The Poles return to this ranking tournament after 12 years of absence. For the first time in history, the women’s volleyball world championship will be held in our country.

The Polish national team will play in Group B, where they will face Croatia, the Dominican Republic, South Korea, Thailand and Turkey. They will inaugurate their fight in the White and Red championship in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with a match against the Croats. Then they will travel to Gdańsk for the remaining group matches. The top four teams from each group will qualify for the second phase. In the next round, the teams will again form groups, this time with eight teams. The winners of “Polish” Group B together with the winners of Group C (USA, Serbia, Germany, Bulgaria, Canada, Kazakhstan) will form Group F, which will play in Łódź. After the next matches, the top four from Group E (a combination of Groups A and D) and Group F will advance to the third phase.
