Martyna Wojciechowskahaving traveled the world many times, she found herself in dangerous situations. She returned from her expeditions with a broken spine, a broken collarbone, tropical illnesses or frostbite. Some of his accidents resulted in complicated operations. The biggest drama happened in 2004 in Icelandwhen Wojciechowska and two cameramen returned from filming on the “Mission Martyna” program. Due to the sudden deterioration in weather conditions, the car skidded and crashed into a concrete pole. A friend of the traveler, Rafał Łukaszewicz (+34), died on the spot. She, in turn, was left with a broken spine, broken pubic bone and torn muscles.

However, all this did not deter Wojciechowska from continuing her travels. The journalist does not hide that she uses the help of specialists to stay in shape and be able to travel further and carry out projects.
– For me, rehabilitation is part of my life. I just know I have to do it permanently, it’s okay. Only I discovered that if I stay in shape, train, meet a physiotherapist and keep my body in shape, then I’m in shape. – she said in an interview with “Fakt”.
