Learn, learn, because… with 6G you won’t find a job
It has been said for decades that humans will one day be replaced by robots. Now we can see that it is no longer just an invention of Gene Roddenberry and his ilk, but a reality. Artificial intelligence, algorithms, machine learning – we have them every day.
We can already observe that people are slowly being replaced where possible. Autonomous vehicles, warehouses, production lines – this will one day make professional drivers, storekeepers or production workers redundant. As well as a large number of other professions. There is a lot of room for discussion here if the world will not go towards global unemployment and all the consequences that this may entail. On the other hand, maybe completely new positions will appear.
That is why the 6G network, thanks to its enormous possibilities, has a chance to change it radically as soon as it conquers the world. And when that happens, it’s not enough to say you have hands to work with. First of all, you will have to have a head and focus on what is related to cybernetics and the virtual world.
But don’t worry, we’ll have to wait a long time for the sixth generation of wireless networking technology. Time in the tech world works a little differently, so the 8 years we estimate until 6G rolls out feels like an eternity. It is difficult to predict how much may change during this period and whether 6G will actually develop as expected in 2022.
One thing is certain: wireless technology is gaining importance every year and the amount of data transferred is increasing. The development of 6G simply has to move forward so that other technologies using wireless connection can progress.
The question is, how will those who can’t do it with the famous 5G cope with 6G?
