The first step to fully utilize more than 300 e-services on the Biznes.gov.pl platform, as well as full access to the information contained in the CEIDG register (central register and information on economic activity) is to create an entrepreneur account. If you are an entrepreneur and wish to pay online with the CEIDG, you can only do so with the Entrepreneur Account.

A single registration, so many possibilities with the Entrepreneur Account

Registration takes place the first time you log into the Contractor Account. To have full access to account functionality, always provide your email address during registration, regardless of login method. You will also need a trust profile, electronic evidence or access to the mojeID service.

From the moment you create an account on Biznes.gov.pl, you can deal with official matters without leaving your home. Everything is free.

Thanks to the entrepreneur account, you can deal with official business on one platform. Until now, this involved visiting several different institutions, such as the Registry Office, the State Labor Inspectorate, ZUS, the National Health Fund, the General Inspectorate of Road Transport, the Office of protection of personal data, labor offices and tax offices.

What questions will you deal with on Biznes.gov.pl?

• registration, suspension, resumption and termination of business activities;
• certificate of non-arrears of taxes and ZUS, certificate confirming the status of subject to VAT;
• the recognition of professional qualifications or the regulation of the provision of cross-border services in Poland.

Everything in one place, i.e. the “My company” tab

All letters you send to offices through Biznes.gov.pl and responses you receive from them are registered in the entrepreneur’s account. They can be found in the “My business” tab or – in the case of CEIDG applications – in the “My company” tab. The second tab gives you full access to all questions related to registration in the CEIDG register. This is also where you can check your company’s current data and the status of the application filed, as well as modify your CEIDG registration. You will be informed about the change in the status of the case from the e-mail sent by Biznes.gov.pl or by going to the “Notifications” tab. There will also be responses from the offices.

An agent, that is to say the right arm of the entrepreneur

In the day-to-day running of the business, the business owner may be assisted by a lawyer or agent who can handle official business on your behalf. The entrepreneur’s account allows you to register a representative or agent in the CEIDG, as well as to manage the authorizations granted. Simply go to the “Agents” tab of the Entrepreneur Account and use the electronic application. It is important to note that a power of attorney to act on behalf of the company can be granted to more than one person.

Company registration and change of data at CEIDG

One of the most popular services on Biznes.gov.pl is registration of companies with the CEIDG. You can create and send an application in one place and organize all formalities, for example with ZUS or the tax office. After sending the application, the information is automatically transferred to other institutions.

The most frequently provided Biznes.gov.pl service is modification of company data in the CEIDG. Creating an application is simple and intuitive. Application wizards guide you step by step through questions specific to your case. The application contains data available in the system, thanks to which it is sent quickly and to the Biznes.gov.pl website. Biznes.gov.pl services can also be used on mobile devices from anywhere in the world, which greatly increases their availability.

Through the entrepreneur’s account, the user can switch to other administration systems: eObywatel, e-Tax Office, PUE ZUS and the Praca.gov.pl portal.
