A “carbon on top” scam. There is a warning

“Beware of fake emails regarding carbon allowance. Citizens receive correspondence that is not public administration communication. Fraudsters use the situation to steal personal data and money” – alert the ministry on social networks.

The screenshot released by the ministry informs that the Sejm has adopted the relevant regulations on the carbon quota. Then, the recipients of such a message are encouraged to complete an “anonymous survey”, in which random people were asked to find out the opinion of Poles on the subject.

The authors of the fake email also encourage you to choose a prize if you become the “winning respondent”.
