Information on the cessation of operation of 1,300 Starlink terminals was announced on November 4 by CNN, citing two sources linked to the case. These are “front line” terminals, closed since October 24. “We are supporting a number of terminals that have direct tactical importance to the Ukrainian military in repelling the Russian invasion,” a British official told CNN.
