Earlier in the morning, there were reports of new Russian missile attacks, most likely carried out by strategic bombers operating in the Caspian Sea region.
“In my opinion, the Russians have changed their tactics a bit. They don’t fire missiles all at once so that our people can wait and defend against the missiles (repel the attack), but they release less missiles intermittently and thus keep civilians in shelters. What is it if not terror? For three hours now, they have been firing missiles at intervals,” Vitaly Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv oblast authorities, warned earlier on Tuesday, quoted by Interfax-Ukraine.
The day before, on Monday, the invading forces launched a massive missile attack against a number of towns in most parts of Ukraine. The missiles hit, among other places in the center of kyiv, towns in the Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv oblasts, as well as infrastructure in the west of the country. According to the latest findings from the Ukrainian authorities, at least 19 people were killed and 105 injured as a result of the shelling.
