Adrian Zgórzyński is twice European and World champion in right and left arm wrestling in the category up to 105 kilograms.
The emotions were immense for him, but the victory makes him incredibly happy. Thanks to his successes, he saw with his own eyes that intensive training is not in vain and repeating, it seems, the same exercises day after day brings the expected results.
Before the duel, he only thinks of one thing: not to let go and win at all costs with the opponent, even if it costs him his broken hands.
Even if I have to break my hands, I have to reach the goal – says Adrian Zgórzyński.
He advises all novice players only one thing: to train systematically. Regularity is something that will allow you to achieve your goal – says Adrian, who adds that he also does not want to go to training often, but he does not give up and returns to the gym every day to become better and better.
He’s won major events and won big titles, now he plans to defend them, which he sees as an even tougher goal. After all, the competition does not sleep, and everyone would like to dethrone the champion.
There is still the Polish Cup ahead of Adrian this year, so let’s hope he comes back a winner too.
