The summary of the Polish OSCE Chairmanship was one of the main topics of the talks of foreign ministers and diplomats from almost 60 countries of the world on the last day of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Łódź . The chairmanship of the OSCE was symbolically taken over by the delegation of North Macedonia from the hands of Polish diplomacy.

The two-day meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Łódź brought together foreign ministers and diplomats from 57 countries. The Council is the main decision-making body of the international body. This year the work of the Organization is led by Poland and next year it will be led by North Macedonia. So far it has not been possible to elect a president for 2024 and Russia has been blocking Estonia’s candidacy for many months.
