Sandra Kubicka decided to share information about her health with Instagram followers. The model posted a message in which she confessed that she suffered from panic attacks. How does he treat them?

“Recently I was sitting with my friends talking to them about my panic attacks and I heard, ‘Sandra, it’s so good that you talk about it out loud, so many people are scared and in pain too ‘. That’s why today’s post about it not always being colorful with me. Some time ago I found the account of a woman who shows herself crying and describes these situations. The first thing I thought was, ‘Jeju, where does she have the strength to check in class? That’s where I found the beauty of ‘she still has strength’. I started doing the same,” Kubicka wrote in her post.
Sandra admitted that she receives dozens of messages every day from people saying how much they love the model and how positive she always seems to them. Kubicka, however, points out in his article that his life is not always colorful.
2. Kubicka has had panic attacks for years.
The model revealed that with panic attacks she has been fighting since she was a teenager. Today, she is a mature, conscious woman who knows her body and knows when it comes and how to handle it. In addition, the model also informed her relatives how they should behave at this time.
”(…) Sometimes situations in private and professional life give a different rhythm and make them worse. She is on the ground, helpless… I also cry, I also suffer and I also struggle. To be happy and calm is to work on yourself. Today, from the point of view of time and experience, I avoid people and situations that drown my peace. I let go of relationships that don’t serve me. I often fight those who try to hurt me because it’s in my nature not to give up, but I know it’s better to let go. Tipping at the windmills. I’m not superhuman, I’m like you. To you reading this and knowing what I’m talking about – I’m proud of you and of us. May you find the strength to love life every day,” she wrote in a moving post.
3. Panic attacks – what are the symptoms?
According to statistics, even 10 percent. of the population suffers from panic attacks. The first episode usually occurs between the ages of 10 and 28.
The main symptoms of panic attacks include: shallow breathing, racing thoughts, rapid breathing, cold sweat, chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest tightness, feeling of choking, shortness of breath, chills, shaking all over the body, palpitations, numbness in extremities, pale skin, abdominal discomfort pain , vomiting, nausea, as well as paralysis of the body.
