TikTok is currently one of the fastest growing social networks in the world. This information was recently provided by Sensor Tower in its “Q1 2022: Store Intelligence Data Digest” report. You can read there that in the ranking listing the most downloaded applications, TikTok occupies the first place. And both in the world and in Europe.
Sensor Tower’s estimates include global downloads on iPhones, iPads and Android devices between January 1 and March 31, 2022. From its launch in Q1 2021, TikTok had 3.5 billion downloads, making it into the top five apps (and the only one not owned by Meta) that can boast such a score.
As of early 2022, TikTok has been downloaded over 175 million times, surpassing 10 million downloads in the past nine quarters. By comparison, YouTube has exceeded the same threshold for eight consecutive quarters.

Ordering in Europe (iOS and Android) is as follows
