Projects or dreams? Stage and TV stars talk about their New Year’s resolutions

The New Year is fast approaching. It is a traditional time of resolutions and promises that many of us make to ourselves. Show businessmen do the same. More than a dozen famous people shared with us their plans, dreams, expectations and wishes for the coming year 2023

Every year, almost half of us make New Year’s resolutions. We usually stick with them for a week or a month at the most. But don’t worry, because it’s like that everywhere in the world. Only less than 10% of “decision makers” achieve their goals. However, there is another good news – apparently New Year’s resolutions are still kept 10 times more often than those we make without this occasion during the year.

– If we want to persevere in our resolutions, plan them in a short time, one at a time and let them be real – advises Jadwiga Migaszewska-Majewicz, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. The more realistic your New Year’s resolution, the more likely you are to achieve it. We say a firm “no” to any list of resolutions. They’re usually so long that just looking at them makes you sick and you don’t feel like doing anything. I recommend that you set yourself a goal, and after achieving it, you can move on to another. If we want to undertake several things at the same time, we will certainly not finish them. And let’s not stretch it out over time. It is better if we plan to achieve the goal in a week or a month – adds the specialist.
