“It is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley wrote in a press release sent to People.
Priscilla Presley confirmed that a few hours earlier her daughter had been transported from her home in Calabasas, about 30 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles, to a hospital near West Hills. Paramedics called home earlier attempted to resuscitate the singer, who likely had a heart attack.
“My heart hurts. Lisa Marie, you were one of a kind. Funny as hell, smart as a whip, sensitive, talented, witty, mean, loving, generous, judgmental but always fair, loyal and you adored your children. My heart breaks to you, your beautiful family and your children. The world lost a rare pearl today. May your soul rest in peace my friend”, wrote the singer.
“Lisa Marie Presley…heartbroken. I hope she is at peace in her father’s arms. My heart goes out to her family. Too much heartache in just a few years,” Rimmes told the meet again.
“Lisa dear, I’m so sorry. I will miss you but I know we will meet again. My heart and love goes out to Riley, Priscilla, Harper and Finley,” the actor wrote.
