As a result, nearly 13 hectares of land will not go to developers. The local government of Kórnik will create there place of rest and recreation.
Efforts to obtain these lands lasted more than six years, PiS politicians and the head of KOWR in Poznań informed Błażejewek. The mayor of Kórnik thinks even longer.
“Although not everything was successful, the success is great” – reports MP Bartłomiej Wróblewski.
Initially, the main task was stop the sale of this land. Unfortunately, some of this land had previously been acquired by developers; when the case reached me, this case was already closed, but the case of other parts, these thirteen hectares, was still open. And it was possible, and we strived for it
said the deputy.
“The local government has an idea for this area” – assures the mayor of Kórnik, Przemysław Pacholski.
Principally public beach, lake access, bathing area – and we want to do it as soon as possible. Increase common room, car parks, sports fields will be builtwhile the forest will be developed: they will be built educational trails, a fitness trail and a tree climbing
– says Przemysław Pacholski.
Congresswoman Jadwiga Emilewicz believes this is also the end of the matter the effect of the tedious paperwork of Kórnik and government officials:
Another proof that cooperation between government and local government can bring good results for local communities
said the deputy.
Let us add that in the opinion of the local elected representatives of the PiS, without the indolence of the Kórnik authorities, the affair would have been settled much earlier. Mayor Pacholski bounces the ball: there were so many formalities that it couldn’t have been done sooner.
