On Wednesday, the person concerned spoke out himself. Hurkacz provided the latest information on his health via social media. “I had the operation on Monday, but I feel better and together with my team we dedicate a lot of time to rehabilitation every day,” he said on Instagram.

The Pole also added that he is doing everything to appear at the Paris Olympics in the best possible conditions. “The dream of every athlete is to represent his country at the Olympic Games and I want to make sure that I am in top shape and ready before making the final decision to enter the field. The goal is not just to participate, but to win a medal for my country,” he concluded.
