The premiere of FIFA 23 is fast approaching and will take place at the end of September. Before the new edition, Electronic Arts gives us information. First, it showed the top 10 rated footballers in which Robert Lewandowski received the most skill points (91 out of 99). Now is the time for PKO Ekstraklasa.
It is undeniable that the Polish league is not an interesting direction for Electronic Arts. Sales of copies of the new FIFA are increasing in our country, but they are certainly not numbers like South America or Western Europe. Considering the fact that Polish teams rarely play in European cups, players from our clubs did not receive top ratings.
Among the top ten players, there is no gold card, that is, one that has at least 75 overall rating (out of 99). And yet, here we have Spanish and Portuguese stars, who defend themselves in an exemplary way with their skills. Even the world champion, Lukas Podolski, was treated quite harshly and compared to previous editions he marked a significant regression (75 to 72 in two years).
Ekstraklasa’s best player turned out to be the previous season’s MVP, Ivi Lopez. The Spaniard is the only one with 74 OVR. His 80 pace points, 75 shots and 77 dribbles still make him equal to himself the start of the season Ultimate Team will not be an interesting map to play.
- Ivi Lopez – 74 OVR
- Carlitos – 73 OVR
- Kamil Grosicki – 73 OVR
- Joao Amaral – 73 OVR
- Lukas Podolski – 72 OVR
- Damian Dabrowski – 72 OVR
- Joshua – 72 OVR
- Mikael Ishak – 72 OVR
- Damian Kadzior – 72 OVR
- Jesper Karlstrom – 72 OVR
For much better “ratings” we have to wait for the launch of the new version of the game. Players can receive special cards, the so-called “in-form”, which significantly improve their skills. Ivi Lopez at the end of FIFA 22 is already rated at 91 points, which is as much as Lewandowski at the start of the new edition. Pedro Rebocho and Barry Douglas from Lech Poznań, as well as Kamil Grosicki from Pogoń and Łukasz Zwoliński from Lechia also received their special cards.
