Down incident in Nowogrodzka Street in Warsaw happened on Tuesday, October 25. Shortly after 3 p.m., a young man tried to break into the building. The 20-year-old threatened the security guard before banging his fist on the glass door. In the recording made available by TVP, he can be heard exclaiming “he’s from Kaczyński and he knows what’s going on”.

When asked “who is Kaczyński”, he replied that “he is the man he is going to and he knows he is going to him”. “I’m the most serious man in the world, and you’re about to die.” Call Kaczyński – he shouted a moment later.

The police were called to the scene. – After 15 we received information that the facility at ul. Nowogrodzka 84/86, a 20-year-old man entered who began threatening the facility’s security guard and damaged the door, said Sgt. pcs Jakub Pacyniak, Press Officer of the Warsaw III District Police Commander.

Ultimately, the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office will investigate the circumstances of the incident. More details were revealed by the head of the district prosecutor’s office in Warsaw-Ochota. – After the initial examination by a doctor, due to the state of agitation in which the young man was and the lack of logical contact with him, he was transported to a psychiatric hospital near Warsaw – explained the prosecutor Przemysław Paluch. He added that until doctors gave their consent, investigators could not conduct any activity with the detainee.
