MONTOWNIA is a historic building from the 1930s, where parts for submarines were produced. This historic hall will soon have a second life. It is an integral part of the DOKI investment made by Euro Styl in the former Gdańsk shipyards.
MONTOWNIA will combine hotel, restaurant and business functions. After renovation, there will be 114 serviced lofts on the three upper floors with an area of 37 to 51 meters. Guests will be able to enjoy a wealth of equipment, including: a spacious living room, a kitchenette with modern household appliances, a hotel TV system, fold-out sofas and bedroom mezzanines arranged in apartments with a height of approximately 5 m.
Complementing the hotel part will be a 400 square meter conference area belonging to the food hall designed on the ground floor, with an area of 2,300,000 m2. m2 filled with restaurants and bars. The extent of the changes underway is demonstrated by the fact that in October this year MONTOWNIA received European Property Awards in the Commercial Renovation/Redevelopment category.
The interior of MONTOWNIA will be enriched with elements of contemporary art by Tomasz Krupiński. There will be 17 unique lamps ranging in size from 2 to 9 meters and large paintings from the category of abstract landscapes.
Lofts in MONTOWNIA are an excellent and practical investment, managed by a company of the Euro Styl group. The launch date of the lofts with services and the food hall is the second quarter of 2023.
