Mularczyk’s appointment as deputy head of the Foreign Ministry was announced earlier by Foreign Ministry spokesman Łukasz Jasina.

Mularczyk led the team responsible for preparing the report on Poland’s losses as a result of German aggression and occupation during World War II, which was presented on September 1.

On September 1, a report on the losses suffered by Poland as a result of German aggression and occupation during World War II was presented, which shows that the total amount of losses exceeds 6 billion 220 billion PLN . The report was prepared by the team operating during the previous legislature, led by Mularczyk. The day after the report was presented, the then deputy head of the Foreign Ministry, Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk, handed the report over to the German coordinator for cooperation with Poland, Dietmar Nietan.
At the beginning of October, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau signed a diplomatic note on war reparations addressed to the German side.
