“On May 8 this year in Warsaw, ul. Nowy Świat 30 acting with direct intention, jointly and by mutual consent Sebastian Włodarczyk l. 23 residing in Warsaw and Łukasz Goławski l. 27 residing in Warsaw murdered a 29-year-old man by stabbing the victim three times in the chest, which resulted in the death of the victim, that is, for an offense under Art. 148 par 1 of the Penal Code “- said the police in a press release.
“Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the person sought is requested to inform the nearest police unit or public prosecutor’s office (Article 280 paragraph 1 paragraph 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure). He is warned that hiding the person sought or helping him to escape is punishable by a prison sentence of up to 5 years (article 239 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code). The assurance is given that the person’s information will be kept secret (art. 280 par. 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure) ”- it was written on the official website of the police.

Warsaw police officers are conducting proceedings regarding the murder, which took place on the night of Saturday to Sunday May 8, 2022 in Nowy Świat in in Warsaw. Shortly after 3 a.m., a bloodied and stabbed man in the back entered one of the stores. Despite the quick help of the employees and the crew called instead of the ambulance, his life could not be saved.
Video recorded by surveillance cameras shows that a group of men attacked a passerby at the door of 28 Nowy Świat. The unofficial findings of “Gazeta Wyborcza” show that the perpetrators of the attack were three or four attackers who were probably drunk. The attack on the man was to take place after he defended the women. It was after that that they beat him, kicked him and stabbed him with the knife.
