Who doesn’t know the big piercing eyes of Shrek’s cat? Impossible to forget this imploring look of the red-haired animal. This captivating-eyed hero is back! Preview screenings of “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” will be broadcast this Christmas in Helios cinemas.

For the first time in over a decade, the American studio DreamWorks Animation presents a new adventure in the world of Shrek.

Behold, the daring thief – Puss in Boots – discovers that his passion for risk and disregard for safety rules have tragic consequences. The cat had already wasted eight of its nine lives, and it had lost count along the way. He then embarks on an extraordinary journey in the Black Forest to find the mythical star of the sky, which grants wishes. The cat wants to ask him to restore the lost lives. The journey is perilous, so with only one life remaining, Puss must humble himself and enlist the help of the seductive Kitty Cattrap.

The Puss in Boots character first appeared – in the Oscar-nominated – Shrek 2 in 2004 and immediately caused a stir. The cat character stole every scene. The cat then starred in two more Shrek sequels, followed by the first film about him, 2011’s Puss in Boots.

The long-awaited sequel to the 2011 Oscar-nominated hit Puss in Boots: The Last Wish hits Helios screens on December 25th. In addition, during Christmas, on December 25 and 26, there will also be unique shows as part of the Helios for Children project. Each young spectator will then receive a special commemorative poster with the famous animation character and quizzes and puzzles to solve.
