The Carrefour chain has introduced modified opening hours before Christmas and the New Year to offer its customers the possibility of convenient shopping.
Next Christmas is a time we want to prepare well for. Whether we are planning Christmas preparations carefully or whether we tend to postpone them at the last minute, the Carrefour brand is currently modifying the standard opening hours of stores to better meet customer needs.
Store opening hours before Christmas
From December 17 to 23, all Carrefour hypermarkets will be open until 11 p.m. In the case of supermarkets, the decision regarding opening hours in the selected store will be made on an individual basis.
On Christmas Eve, Carrefour stores are open shorter
On Christmas Eve, December 24, Carrefour hypermarkets and supermarkets will be open until 1:00 p.m., while on New Year’s Eve, December 31, Carrefour stores will be open until 6:00 p.m.
At Christmas, December 25 and 26, as well as New Year’s Day, January 1, 2023, all Carrefour stores will be closed. On the other hand, from December 27 to 30, the opening hours of Carrefour stores will remain unchanged.
The decision on the opening hours of Carrefour franchise stores before Christmas and the New Year will be made independently by their owners.
