For the first time in the history of the municipality of Goleszów, no less than 16 winners were awarded for high-level sports results achieved last year. Check who won the award.
In the session hall of the town hall, on November 3 this year, a gala was held, during which sixteen winners were awarded for their high sports results achieved last year. For the first time in the history of the municipality of Goleszów, so many competitors were rewarded for their successes in such diverse sports.
Among them are table tennis players, chess players, archers, ski jumpers as well as people practicing athletics, mountain biking, sport shooting and triathlon.
The athletes were awarded by Mayor Sylwia Cieślar, together with Elżbieta Duraj – President of the Municipal Council and Dorota Skark-Pieprzka – President of the Committee for Education, Culture, Sport and Social Affairs. All winners received a sports bag, a letter of congratulations and a cash check.
– Once again, I want to congratulate all the athletes and thank you that in pursuit of sports goals you always care about promoting our commune at home and abroad. I also congratulate the parents and coaches of the winners for their constant support and assistance in their athletic careers. – says Sylwia Cieślar.

Piotr Otachowski – for 1st team place at the Silesian Junior Table Tennis Championships
Nadia Cieślar – for 3rd place in the Silesian Individual Championships of the LZS association in table tennis
Emilia Byrtek – for 2nd place in the Individual Championship of Silesia Young Women in Table Tennis
Ilona Sztwiertnia – for 2nd place at the Polish Junior Individual Table Tennis Championships in doubles
Krzysztof Czapla – for third place in the Silesian Junior Cup for boys up to 8 years
Krzysztof Niemczyk – for 3rd place in the Silesian Junior Individual Championship in classic chess for boys up to 13 years old
Przemysław Konecki – for third place in the Compound Junior European Cup
Aleksander Śmieja – for 1st place at the Polish Youth Indoor Championship in Compound Archery
Wiktor Adamczyk – for 1st place at the Polish Junior Indoor Recurve Championships
Anna Stanieczek – for 1st place in the women’s individual ranking of the Polish Archery Championship
Robert Ryś – for team 3rd place at the Polish Junior Ski Jumping Championships
Nicole Konderla – for team 6th place in ski jumping at the Junior World Championships
Justyna Zwias – for 2nd place at the Silesian Indoor Athletics Championships in the 400 m
Mateusz Nieboras – for 1st place at the Polish MTB XCO Championships in the U23 men’s category (MTB)
Aleksandra Moiczek – for 1st place at the Polish Junior Junior Championships in shooting with a sports pistol
Dawid Mielke – for 5th place at the Crosstriathlon World Championships in the junior category
