The benefits of what is currently happening in the European Union are to two countries: Germany and France; others benefit to a much lesser extent – said Jarosław Kaczyński, President of Law and Justice at Saturday’s meeting with voters in Myszków (Śląskie).

As he pointed out, the PiS government has seized on this issue very decisively, as evidenced by the filing of claims relating to German compensation for the Second World War.
In his speech in Myszków, the chairman of PiS, referring to the fact that this party took power in 2015, said, among other things, that then Poland began to pursue an active international policy – as he noted – based on a good understanding of the international situation, concerning, inter alia, to what is in the East.
As he pointed out, it’s also about getting a good understanding of the situation in the westerly direction.
It is therefore largely about Brussels, about the European Union, but – it must be said clearly – it is above all about Germany. Because today Brussels is just such an outer branch of Berlin
– he decided.
Here is what it looks like. I am going to tell you about a current topic at the moment, very characteristic: now, in this crisis situation, public aid has been approved – the European Union must accept it – for an amount of approximately 425 billion euros. A very large sum. The breakdown is as follows: about 220 billion euros in Germany, 160 billion euros in France, and these remainders for the others
– he photographed.
Maybe I got some relatively small amounts wrong – compared to this set – but that’s more or less what it looks like at the moment. This means that, in fact, everything that happens benefits two countries, that is to say Germany and France, which extend their influence more to the south of Europe. And the other profits are incomparably less
– he rated.
Or, given various types of EU regulations, for example related to the energy sector – it is difficult to talk about such benefits
– added Jarosław Kaczyński.
As he noted, European funds have played an important role in the modernization of the country.
We don’t question that. The German contribution to these funds is twenty-five percent (…), but although the net aid is around 140 billion euros, the average conversion value must be taken from the euro – it was 560-600 billion PLN – it’s 150 billion
– Kaczyński listed.
Money in Germany
And since a very large part of this money was spent on investment processes in Germany, the German margin must also be included. It is easy to verify, given Poland’s GDP in five years, that this was a group of less than one percent
He said.
Well, no country in the world for less than 1%. GDP cannot be modernized. But it is the German conscience, the conscience of the German elite. And we have to tackle this problem and fight hard for it, although it will certainly be a difficult fight, if only to change the consciousness of the Germans – and we will change it
– said the President of PiS.
This question must be treated as a material question, but also as a question of our dignity and our position among the European nations. Because crawling, which post-communism and its proponents, past and present, have offered and still offer, is the worst possible solution: both demeaning and ineffective – and ineffective as a nation, but also as a as individual Poles
– he precised.
The situation of a Pole going abroad – whether for a short period for tourism purposes, or for a long period to work or study – will be completely different if we manage to change this state, which has been created over the decades (…) to change it – and this is one of our great tasks
– concluded Jarosław Kaczyński.
