The meeting of the city brochure was held in the cultural center of Ełk. The event was graced with a performance and performances by pupils of municipal schools and a concert of Christmas carols performed by the Mazurski Song and Dance Ensemble Ełk.
At the Cultural Center in Ełk, on December 21, guests had the opportunity to reflect on Christmas, share the host and make wishes. Among those gathered were, among others, representatives of local government, parliamentarians from Ełk, entrepreneurs, representatives of municipal institutions, justice, uniformed services, health care, non-governmental organizations and unions.
The event was graced with the performance of the “Fantazja” choir from Primary School No. 4 under the direction of Mr. Tomasz Sulima and a Christmas performance titled. “Nativity game with the Little Prince – God is born” prepared by the community of Primary School No. 3 in Ełk.
After the artistic part, in the Zebra room, the scouts handed over the Light of Bethlehem to Fr. Msgr. Jerzy Mazur. The Masurian Song and Dance Ensemble Ełk took care of the festive mood.
Mayor of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz and Fr. Monsignor Jerzy Mazur wished everyone Christmas wishes. After the official part, the guests shared the wafer, wished each other and sang Christmas carols together.
