How was Halloween born?

It is suspected that, to scare away evil spirits that might have entered our world, people dressed in strange and scary costumes and wore masks.
When was the first Halloween?
The first Halloween took place on October 31, 1920 in the United States in Anoka, Minnesota. It was a parade in which locals dressed in colorful costumes marched through the city.
Anoka was proclaimed the capital of the world in 1937 Halloween.
The holiday arrived in Western Europe in the mid-20th century and in Central and Eastern Europe in the late 20th century.
