– We are looking for a total of around 450 people – says Małgorzata Karwacka, Human Resources Director of Global Parks Poland. – I have no doubt about it our recruitment is one of the largest in the history of Polish theme parks. This is the effect of the scale of the project. We want every guest of Suntago Wodny Świat to feel that the service and care provided by our employees is at the highest level – he adds.
Among the people who can now apply for a job in Mszczonów Park is a gardener with a passion for palm trees. Looking at the advertisement, we learn that the water park offers “working under the palm trees”, “shorts and flip-flops all year round”, “the envy of friends and everyone you know”. Besides the marketing slogans, however, we can find some specifics.
According to the announcement, employees can count on an employment contract, attractive salaries (even if the meaning of the word “attractive” is not explained), as well as a set of social benefits, including the possibility of use the water park offer on preferential conditions. Added to this are medical insurance, participation in “interesting” sporting and cultural events, employee programs, discounts on meals at restaurants located in Suntago Wodny Świat and free parking for cars and bicycles.
Each recruitment will be divided into several stages. After the selection and the first interview with the HR director, an interview will take place with the department head who will select the best candidates. The final decision regarding employment will be made by management.
