Consistently one of the best airports in the world

This year’s AirHelp Score airport rankings include 132 airports around the world that are the most famous and most frequented by tourists.
The rating in the “Punctuality” category results from the analysis of numerous sources, including: own data and those of government agencies and airports, as well as meteorological and historical data. The “Quality of service” and “Food and shops” ratings were awarded on the basis of surveys carried out among more than 40,000 people. passengers. Travelers were asked about their opinions in terms of: customer service, waiting times at security checks, cleanliness, shopping possibilities and gastronomic offer.
The ranking is based on data collected from January 1 to December 31, 2018.
